Strategic guidance and day-to-day management of Mavic’s social media platforms from January 2021 to December 2023.

Originally intended to last just a few months, our social media management assignment for Mavic has now been ongoing for over 2 years.

Our work started with the drafting of a new editorial strategy, a key reference document that outlines the themes, content and tone of voice required to communicate effectively with the community. We then took over the accounts and strengthened the relationship between the community and the brand.

During the first 12 months, we identified the sticking points between Mavic and its community and tackled them by offering content aimed at restoring a close bond between the two parties.

The following year, we were able to recommend and implement a content strategy focusing on the brand’s history, business practices and sports marketing programme. This content led to Mavic’s best results on social media platforms. Since then, we have continued to collaborate on a number of additional projects, including concepts, activation strategies and content creation.
