THE NORTH FACE

Organization of a European B2B event focusing on their trail running range.

Starting out with a fairly modest original brief, this launch event for the SS23 trail range quickly turned into a major project. The kind of challenge we love to tackle because it requires smooth logistics, a cool head under pressure and working with the right partners.

To set the tone and ensure their biggest retailers were familiar with their new market strategy, The North Face EMEA invited some forty European distributors, along with a dozen staff, to a 24-hour experience designed to connect people, introduce the products in a staged setting, show them some of Annecy’s iconic spots, let them test the products and generally treat them like royalty!

Over the course of 24 hours, four different venues were set up for private use to answer the requirements of the packed program. The logistics of this project were managed by just two people from our agency. Multitasking required, but mission accomplished without a hitch!
